The Counsel and Support You Need
Kaman, Berlove, Marafioti, Jacobstein & Goldman, LLP traces its roots to 1923 when Maurice Kaman, a Marine Corps veteran of World War I, opened a law practice in Rochester. Mr. Kaman practiced on his own and specialized in litigation and criminal work. He was joined by Harold Berlove in the ‘30s, and by Maurice’s son Jack Kaman in 1948, after Jack served his country on D-Day in Normandy as a Landing Ship Tank Commander.
The firm resided in the Terminal Building in downtown Rochester during the 1950s and 1960s before moving to the Academy Building on Fitzhugh Street. Over the years the firm has prided itself on having some of the finest attorneys in Rochester.
At present, the firm’s offices are located in Corporate Woods in Brighton where over 20 professionals serve clients in a multitude of practice areas.
