Legal Practice:
Named in Best Lawyers in America and New York’s Top Lawyers since 2009, Ms. Ryan is a partner in the Family Law Practice at Kaman, Berlove, Marafioti, Jacobstein & Goldman. Her primary practice is in the area of Collaborative Family Law, with a focus on advocating for clients within the Collaborative process. She is experienced in parenting and child custody matters, as well as dividing significant and complex financial estates. Ms. Ryan also has a significant practice in drafting and advising clients about pre-nuptial agreements.

Professional and Community Activities:
Ms. Ryan is a member of the Monroe County Bar Association and a member of the Family Law Section for the Monroe County Bar Association. She is an active member and has served on the Nominating and Education Committees of the Collaborative Law Association of the Rochester Area. She has lectured for both the State and Monroe County Bar Associations on matters of family law, and has conducted numberous sessions in the area of Collaborative law. She is also published in Inside The Minds, leveraging Collaborative law.
