Legal Practice:
Jon is a partner at Kaman Berlove, specializing in high conflict child custody litigation. Mr. Stern has extensive experience in custody and visitation matters, having tried hundreds of cases in New York Courts since returning to New York from Georgia in 2001.
Mr. Stern has been honored for the quality of his advocacy and commitment to justice as the recipient of the inaugural Award for Excellence in Indigent Adult Representation in Family Court in November of 2013, as well as the Michael E. Dillon Attorney for Children Award in June of 2013.
Mr. Stern provides thoughtful, effective representation to his clients in all areas of Family Court practice, as well as matrimonial and custody actions in Supreme Court.
